CONFERENCE HOSTS:
Presented by the Connecticut Community for Addiction Recovery and the Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services

CONFERENCE GOAL:
We expect our attendees to come away with a broader knowledge of the multiple pathways of recovery, while at the same time being refreshed in their journey of recovery...whatever that may be.

CONFERENCE OBJECTIVE:
To create connection among the recovery community, while exploring the multiple pathways that help maintain and sustain recovery.

EXPECTED AUDIENCE:
Recoverees, recovery community organizations, recovery coaches, treatment providers, clinicians, case managers, outreach workers, family members, recovery allies, state agencies, and anyone interested or looking to further educate themselves on these topics. We're expecting an audience of 250+.

• All submissions, (electronic or USPS) are due Friday, March 15, 2024
• Applications submitted via USPS must be postmarked by March 15, 2024, and must include a copy of THIS FORM, a bio, CV, or resume, as well as a photo (for marketing purposes)
