The public will be asked to LIKE, share, and engage with the video they like the most. These metrics will be used as a deciding factor if a tie should take place the day of the event.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS…

WHERE ON FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM DO I ENTER?
We are running the contest through the MESSENGER features. On both Facebook and Instagram home pages, look in the top right-hand corner for a round talk bubble with a sideways letter ‘z’ in it. For Facebook, you will be required to download the Facebook Messenger app. For Instagram, no additional app is needed. HOWEVER- Instagram only allows a 90 second upload, so make sure your video fits those parameters
WHAT IF I AM PERFORMING SOLO, AND DON’T HAVE A NAME FOR MY ACT?
That’s totally fine! Upon submitting just be sure to include your first and last name- that will be the name of your act going forward.
CAN WE SUBMIT ENTRIES TO BOTH FACEBOOK AND INSTAGRAM?
Yes and No…. You can submit one entry PER social media platform- but they can’t be the same video submission. If you wanted to submit two entries it needs to be two different videos, one on each platform. Duplicate entries will be deleted.
WHAT KIND OF ACTS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?
We just want to promote talent within the recovery community, and are not looking to set any sort of standard. Singers, Dancers, Comedians, Hypnotists, Finger painters, Basket Weavers…. If its entertaining- we want to see it!
